More Bathroom Progress

So at the end of the week our contractor had almost the whole place tiled and ready for grout. We ended up being one box short on the ceramic tile, but we picked up that box today. I'd say we did pretty good estimating the tile to within one box, I honestly thought we'd come up short. He's still go to grout the whole place and finish around the tub, then painting. We picked up some paint today as well as the tile. It's going to be much lighter in color than what we have now, and should accent the tile nicely. Here are some pictures.

So we finally are getting the bathroom remodeled. Jill has been after me since we've moved in to do something with the bathroom. I agree, I've put it off for too long. We are taking out the terrible fiberglass enclosure that is far too small and putting in a larger tile/glass shower. The new shower will be tile walls, frame-less glass, and tumbled stone floor.

Our contractor started on Tuesday this week and here is the progress so far...

And here is the progress as of today...

Not too bad for a start, we'll see how it all turns out.
